Customer Account & Orders
When creating a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent stated there. Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time. Your data will then be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
When placing an order, we collect and process your personal data to fulfill your order. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may be transferred to third parties (e.g. shipping companies, payment service providers, IT service providers) only as required.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA) under a data processing agreement for managing contacts, handling inquiries, and B2B/B2C email marketing. Personal data such as name, email address, company info, and communication details may be collected. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in CRM and communication tools. Data transfers to the U.S. are made based on Standard Contractual Clauses. ERP & Shipping
We use the ERP system of weclapp SE to process orders. Personal data is transmitted for this purpose under a data processing agreement. If you consent during checkout, we will also forward your email address to the shipping provider for delivery updates.
