I. Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us as the provider Tran and Tran GbR via the website www.savont.de. Unless otherwise agreed, any terms used by you that conflict with or deviate from these terms are not recognized.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the course of their trade or business when concluding a legal transaction.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions specified in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods you wish to purchase are placed in the shopping cart. You can access and modify the cart at any time using the navigation bar. After clicking the checkout button and entering your personal data as well as payment and shipping preferences, the order details are displayed.
If you use an instant payment method (e.g. PayPal, Amazon Pay, giropay), you may be redirected either to the order summary on our online store or directly to the website of the payment service provider. You then make the required entries and confirm the payment. The order data will again be displayed before final confirmation.
Before placing the order, you can check, change or cancel it using your browser's back function.
When you click the final order button (“order with obligation to pay”, “buy now”, or similar), you enter into a legally binding contract.
(4) Non-binding inquiries for personalized offers are possible. We will send you a binding offer via email, which you can accept within 5 days unless another deadline is specified.
(5) Order processing and communication takes place by email – partly automated. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provided is valid and that emails can be received (especially not blocked by spam filters).
§ 3 Customized Products
(1) If you order customized items, you must provide us with all information (e.g. text or files) required for the customization as soon as possible after concluding the contract. File format requirements must be observed.
(2) You are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate third-party rights (e.g. copyrights, trademarks, names) or applicable laws. You indemnify us from any resulting claims, including legal costs.
(3) We do not check submitted data for accuracy and cannot be held liable for errors arising from them.
(4) If agreed, you will receive a proof version for approval before production. Production starts only after you provide written confirmation (e.g. via email). You are responsible for checking the proof for errors – we are not liable for unnoticed mistakes.
§ 4 Payment Options
(1) If you select a payment method via PayPal, payment is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. Additional terms may apply depending on the selected payment method. Further details at:

§ 5 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
(3) If you are a business customer:
a) We retain ownership until all outstanding claims are settled. Pledging or assigning the goods as security is not permitted before ownership passes.
b) You may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. Claims from resale are assigned to us in advance. You may collect the claims unless you default on payment.
c) If goods are combined with other items, we acquire joint ownership based on the value ratio.
d) We will release securities at your request if their value exceeds our claims by more than 10%. We choose which securities to release.
§ 6 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) As a consumer, you are encouraged to check the goods for completeness, visible defects and shipping damage upon delivery and inform us and the carrier as soon as possible.
(3) If any product feature deviates from the objective requirements, this shall only be valid if agreed separately and explicitly prior to purchase.
(4) For business customers:
a) Only our product descriptions and manufacturer specifications are binding.
b) We reserve the right to choose between repair or replacement. If the remedy fails twice, you may withdraw or reduce payment.
c) The warranty period is one year from delivery, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud, personal injury, or statutory recourse claims.
§ 7 Legal Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
(1) German law applies. This choice of law only applies to consumers to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country are not restricted.
(2) If you are a business customer, place of performance and jurisdiction is our business address. The same applies if your general place of jurisdiction is outside the EU.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) do not apply.
